Components
Rail:
The movement of the doorknob rail on the chassis of the machine is one of the most important factors affecting the efficiency of this machine. In this system, movement is done by wheels like train wheels on rails with an elliptical cross-section. Smooth movement without vibration and lagging made this rail the most popular and efficient rail in Durkan machines. Bearings or roller bearings are used in other spindles. Due to the difference in the alloys between the rail and the car bullet, one of the components is corroded and causes the rail to loosen. This incident has a destructive effect on the movement of the rail and the quality of the product produced by this machine will decrease.
Electric motor:
Durken motor transmits the power needed by the saw for cutting through the belt. According to Foley with different diameters, different powers can be produced for the cutting process.
The main saw unit and the female line: due to the different designs that are produced, they have the ability to move at an angle in different ways. Main engine: The main engine rotates the saw blade and performs the cutting operation.
Machine rail: The machine rail is where the workpiece is placed to move for cutting. Rails have various technologies for movement, the best of which is the rail wagon invented by Altendorf, Germany.
The table behind the saw: the table behind the saw is where part of the work piece is stored.
Gunya (back of the saw, front): By placing the gunya on the table behind the gunya, the workpiece can be sized on it.
Sheet holder: It is a tool that fixes the workpiece on the rail, which maintains the safety of the operator during cutting.
Front cutting table: It is used to cut the workpiece in larger pieces.
Gonya in the middle of the rail: This gonya can be used for cutting in triangle mode (at an angle).
The above items are the main components, but in some machines, there are operator panels, additional saw storage, laser units, etc. as options.
